HAL Technician Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

1. Qualifications Required: Candidates must possess the specified qualifications for each post.
2. Overqualification: Candidates with qualifications higher than those specified are not eligible. Applications from such candidates will be rejected at any stage.
3. Qualification Disclosure: All qualifications, including those being pursued, must be listed in the online application.
4. Mode of Study: Only qualifications obtained through regular/full-time study are eligible. Part-time, correspondence, or distance learning qualifications are not accepted.
5. Minimum Marks: Candidates must have the required aggregate percentage of marks in their qualifying exams to be eligible.

HAL Non-Executive 2024 Selection Process

1. Written Examination: Selection is based on a written exam conducted by Employment Exchanges and Technical Training Institute, HAL BC, in Bangalore. No TA/DA will be provided.
2. Cut-Off Marks: If necessary, HAL may set a cut-off percentage for calling candidates for the written exam. Minimum cut-off: UR/EWS/OBC-NCL – 60%, SC/ST/PWBD – 50%.
3. Notification of Exam: Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the exam date, time, and venue via email and the HAL website. Admit cards must be downloaded from the HAL website.
4. Exam Format: The exam will last two and a half hours and consist of three parts with multiple-choice questions: Part I (General Awareness), Part II (English and Reasoning), and Part III (discipline/trade-specific). Each question carries one mark, with no negative marking.
