Kate described her experience after Prince George’s birth as both joyful and overwhelming, feeling an urgency to leave the hospital and return to normal life. The couple faced challenges in naming their firstborn, ultimately deciding on “George” with a little help from their dog, Lupo.

During her pregnancies, Kate suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness that required hospitalization. She described these experiences as “rotten” and challenging for both her and her family. Kate shared her journey and coping mechanisms, including meditation and deep breathing, which helped her manage the difficult symptoms.
